HySpex, NEO’s line of hyperspectral cameras, are compact, high performance and versatile instruments for a multitude of applications, ranging from airborne to laboratory and industrial use of imaging spectroscopy.
The line of HySpex cameras comprises VNIR models, operating in the spectral range from 400 to 1000 nm, and SWIR models operating in the spectral range from 900 to 2500 nm.

HySpex ODIN-1024 is a next generation airborne hyperspectral imager, covering the spectral range from 400 to 2500 nm.
Where conventional hyperspectral imagers requires two seperate sensors to cover the full spectral range from 400 to 2500 nm, HySpex Odin assures perfect co-registration between 1024 spatial pixels for VNIR and SWIR is achieved by employing a novel common fore-optics design with a single aperture.
All classical HySpex cameras can be used for all applications. NEO offers the accessories needed to utilize the cameras for airborne, field, laboratory and industrial applications.
HySpex was originally designed for applications with infinite object distance. For indoor or short range applications, close-up lenses can easily be inserted in the entrance aperture to adjust the working distance without compromising the optical performance.
Dedicated software to control HySpex cameras and additional accessories are delivered together with the cameras. The software is tailored to fit the application, with different versions for airborne and ground use.
